Last week was board meeting week at The Juice. I had a chance to go out to lunch with our two founders about an hour before the meeting and learned a lot about their mindset going into these meetings. I thought it would be interesting to create an episode less than 24 hours later to source Jonathan about his process around these meetings as a first time founder and CEO. 

I couldn’t stop thinking about the importance of feedback and what to do with it after we got done recording. I learned that receiving, filtering, and incorporating feedback is an essential part of being a CEO. It’s not always easy, but a great leader makes their team feel heard and is able to clearly communicate priorities.
