We are bookending your week, every week with a couple of podcast episodes that we hope can provide insights on how to be a better marketer, sales pro, or operator in your B2B company.
Shout out to the Alyce team for helping us organically promote the episode that we dropped earlier this week. We spent some time dissecting their conversation on, How to Build a B2B Brand That Stands Out and we learned a ton in the process. Their team is doing some great modern day marketing. Make sure you check out their stuff!
Today, we are dropping an episode on community. It seems like almost every online interaction or conversation that I am having these days is about community.
But what really is community?
I decided to go directly to someone who lives and breathes content and community every day. I got schooled in community building by Allie Dyer Bluemel at Census. She brought a ton of insight and knowledge and helped educate on what community is and isn’t.
In this episode we cover:
- Giving away your Legos: What this means and how to think about it as your company scales
- Community building: What is the crawl, walk, run approach to building an authentic community
- Community health: What are the signals to look for when monitoring the health of the community that you are building
If you enjoy what we are doing we’d love for you to do some things 🧃:
